Cancellation due to Covid19.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Covid Policy Winter Season 2022-2023
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

Should your holiday be cancelled for any of the reasons stated below, and the reason is related to Covid, your balance will be fully refunded (less a \u00a3400 booking fee)<\/p>\n

Please note:<\/em><\/strong> the Covid-19 related reasons must be in place at the time that your booking is due to take place.(ie day of arrival)
\n<\/em><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. If the FCO (Foreign & Commonwealth Office or country specific equivalent) advise against travel (including non-essential travel) to France<\/li>\n
  2. If you are required to quarantine upon arrival in France due to the laws and regulations of the French Government (other than whilst waiting for a result of a test on arrival)<\/li>\n
  3. If the chalet you have booked with us has been forced to close due to the laws and regulations of the French Government in that country, as well as any other local or public authority<\/li>\n
  4. If France has closed its borders or is otherwise denying entry to visitors<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    For the avoidance of doubt, we are not able to refund due to:<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Quarantine on return to your home country<\/li>\n
    • The requirement of Covid testing (at either end of, or during, your trip)<\/li>\n
    • Self-isolation<\/li>\n
    • Personal illness or voluntary or compulsory confinement when travel is still permitted by governments<\/li>\n
    • Any failure to meet regulations in place (for example vaccination requirements)<\/li>\n
    • Other companies failing to provide their service (for example bars and restaurants being instructed to close, and transport cancellations).<\/li>\n
    • Curtailment of your trip after your arrival in resort<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      We do not accept liability or responsibility to provide any alternative accommodation during your stay, or any accommodation after your stay, if you are required to self-isolate during your holiday for any reason including Covid.<\/p>\n

      It is highly recommended to take out additional Coranvirus travel insurance.\u00a0 For example, Churchill provides cover for some Covid situations<\/p>\n

      • Les arriv\u00e9es et les d\u00e9parts se feront sans pr\u00e9sentiel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
