La Tania is a charming resort nestled between Courchevel and Méribel — offering fantastic access to the slopes, a relaxed alpine village atmosphere, and a loyal returning clientele.

Experienced Chalet Couple – La Tania, Winter 2025/26

Location: La Tania, Three Valleys, France
Chalet Capacity: 14 Guests
Season: December 2025 – April 2026

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced chalet couple to manage and host a 14-person chalet in La Tania for the upcoming 2025/26 winter season. This role is ideal for a couple with previous ski season or hospitality experience, a passion for food and service, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

Your Roles

Chef Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver breakfast, afternoon tea, and five evening meals per week, including canapés (twice a week), a starter, main course, and dessert
• Cook to a high dinner party standard with a genuine passion for food
• Ability to plan menus, manage a budget, order food, and conduct weekly stocktakes.
• Assist with daily cleaning and changeovers.

Host Responsibilities:

• Ensure the chalet is clean, well-presented, and welcoming at all times

• Assist with cooking tasks, meal service, washing up, and keeping the kitchen clean and organised.
• Friendly, organised, proactive, and with good attention to detail

Requirements

• Both must be 21 years or older

• Fluent in English

• At least one of you must have strong cooking skills or formal kitchen experience
• Previous chalet or hospitality experience essential
• Friendly, hardworking, well-organised, and guest-focused
• Ideally hold an EU passport or Carte de Séjour – we can assist with visa/work permit applications if required
