WARM AND INVITING CHALETS

For the  winter 2020-2021 season, we will be operating with just two chalets and on a self catered basis only.   With Covid 19, we feel it is safer to keep contact between staff and guests to a minimum.    There is also much uncertainty with Brexit and whether we will be able to employ UK staff.

Quibble free cancellation due to Covid19.

Should your accommodation be cancelled for any of the following reasons and the cancellation takes place within 8 weeks of the day of arrival, we will refund you the full amount less £400 and if you inform of us the cancellation more than 8 weeks before your day of arrival, we will refund you the full amount less £200

1. If the FCO (Foreign & Commonwealth Office or country specific equivalent) advise against travel (including non-essential travel) to France;
2. If you are required to quarantine upon arrival in France due to the laws and regulations of the French Government;
3. If you are required to quarantine upon return to the country you are travelling from;
4. If the chalet you have booked with us has been forced to close due the laws and regulations of the French Government in that country, as well as any other local or public authority;
5. If France has closed its borders or is otherwise denying entry to visitors.

If you prefer not to cancel, you can transfer your holiday to a later date in 2020 or winter 2021, (equivalent week i.e. peak/off peak for the following season). We would keep the money you have already paid on deposit and issue you with a voucher.

Normal cancellation fees will apply for any other reason.

This Covid policy does not cover for personal illness or voluntary or compulsory confinement when travel is still permitted by governments.

It is highly recommended to take out additional Coranvirus travel insurance.

Cleaning Policy

Rest assured that we will be following all the government health and cleaning guidelines.

The updated procedures ensuring you stay with us is as safe as possible, will include –

• Supply of hand sanitizer and soap
• Super-hot wash laundering as per hotel standards
• Streamline room decor, furnishings, and ornaments
• Cleaning of surfaces and then disinfection, using a product which is a strong and effective in killing bacteria, fungus and viruses paying special attention to door handles, switches, remote controls etc
