COVID POLICY
Cancellation due to Covid19.
Covid Policy Winter Season 2022-2023
Should your holiday be cancelled for any of the reasons stated below, and the reason is related to Covid, your balance will be fully refunded (less a £400 booking fee)
Please note: the Covid-19 related reasons must be in place at the time that your booking is due to take place.(ie day of arrival)
- If the FCO (Foreign & Commonwealth Office or country specific equivalent) advise against travel (including non-essential travel) to France
- If you are required to quarantine upon arrival in France due to the laws and regulations of the French Government (other than whilst waiting for a result of a test on arrival)
- If the chalet you have booked with us has been forced to close due to the laws and regulations of the French Government in that country, as well as any other local or public authority
- If France has closed its borders or is otherwise denying entry to visitors
For the avoidance of doubt, we are not able to refund due to:
- Quarantine on return to your home country
- The requirement of Covid testing (at either end of, or during, your trip)
- Self-isolation
- Personal illness or voluntary or compulsory confinement when travel is still permitted by governments
- Any failure to meet regulations in place (for example vaccination requirements)
- Other companies failing to provide their service (for example bars and restaurants being instructed to close, and transport cancellations).
- Curtailment of your trip after your arrival in resort
We do not accept liability or responsibility to provide any alternative accommodation during your stay, or any accommodation after your stay, if you are required to self-isolate during your holiday for any reason including Covid.
It is highly recommended to take out additional Coranvirus travel insurance. For example, Churchill provides cover for some Covid situations
Normal cancellation fees will apply for any other reason.
Cleaning Policy
Rest assured that we will be following all the government health and cleaning guidelines.
The updated procedures ensuring you stay with us is as safe as possible, will include –
- Supply of hand sanitizer and soap
- Super-hot wash laundering as per hotel standards
- Streamline room decor, furnishings, and ornaments
- Cleaning of surfaces and then disinfection, using a product which is a strong and effective in killing bacteria, fungus and viruses paying special attention to door handles, switches, remote controls etc
- Self check in and check out
The chalets have free WiFi, bluetooth speaker and UK Freesat TV. There are boot warmers in the chalets.
Each chalet has a hot tub and bathrobes and slippers will be provided.
The Ski Dazzle team are on hand from the moment you enquire to ensure that booking, preparing and arriving on holiday is a smooth, stress-free process. We’ll organise your lift passes, ski hire, ski school and book restaurants for you.
